Is Eurobeach open all year round?
No, Purobeach is open during the high season months depending on its geographical location. Usually from April to October, depending on each beach club. On our Purobeach pages, you will find detailed opening hours and opening information for each Purobeach.
Is there any transportation to Purobeach?
Of course. In the pages of each Purobeach you will find the best way to get to our oasis, with various options and methods of transportation.
Can children attend Purobeach?
Everyone is welcome in our Purobeach as long as they respect the relaxed atmosphere and tranquility that is guaranteed in our oasis and that our guests are looking for. The use of the pool is limited to those over 16 years old. The use of the different areas of our beach clubs is subject to the regulations of each center. Is it possible to make reservations at the restaurant without using a hammock?
Of course. You can book a table in the restaurant directly from the web, without the need to reserve a hammock or any other service. You will only have to pay a minimum prepayment per diner when booking a table in advance, which will be deducted from the final ticket at the restaurant.
Does the Purobeach restaurant have special dietary options?
Of course. For us, your well-being is the most important thing. That is why our team is at your disposal to meet the needs of anyone following a special diet (allergens, celiac disease, specific diets...) Please inform our team when you make your reservation. You can also find clearly marked the various options in our restaurant menus.
How can I cancel or change my reservation?
For changes or cancellations please contact directly with the Purobeach where you made your reservation. Remember that in the case of having applied a discount or promotional code during your reservation this will not be cancelable but you can change the date, always subject to availability of the hammocks and assuming the deviation of the rate for the new date. How far in advance should I make my reservation?
Our beach clubs usually have a very high level of occupancy. Especially in high season months (June, July and August). It is very important that you make your reservation as far in advance as possible.
What can I do if I need any product during my stay at Purobeach?
Every Purobeach has a Puro Shop space: a store with exclusive Puro clothing and accessories. Where you can find from t-shirts, dresses, swimsuits or caps to personal care products such as creams or sunscreen for use during your stay at the beach club or to take as a souvenir of your experience.
