The name ONA, which means ‘wave’ in Catalan, symbolises that constant movement between land and sea, between produce and the grill, between tradition and modernity. Like the waves, our cuisine flows naturally, breathes the Mediterranean and is built around the fire, with deep gratitude to the land, the sea and those who work them.
