Is the hammock included in Purobeach as a guest of Puro Hotels?
By booking exclusively through our website, you can enjoy a day of sunbeds at Purobeach Palma, with a minimum spend at Purobeach (the amount varies depending on the dates). For Purobeach Illetas there is a special discount for Puro Hotels guests.
Is there any means of transportation between Puro Hotels and Purobeach?
We have a shuttle service available to our customers. The service is free and operates during the months when Purobeach is open. This service is highly requested by our customers, so it is very important to book in advance to ensure a place.
Is parking available at Puro Hotels?
We are sorry, but we do not have parking spaces. However, for hotels in the old town of Palma there is a public parking 150m from the hotels where you can leave your car and its daily cost is approximately 30€.
Is there a swimming pool and spa at Puro Hotels?
If you are looking for a hotel with swimming pool we advise you to visit our Purobeach Resort Santa Ponsa which has 2 outdoor swimming pools. In case you want to be located in the center of Palma and a more exclusive service, we advise you to stay in our luxurious 5 star hotels Puro Grand Hotel or Palacio Can Marqués, where you will enjoy wellness areas with Turkish bath, sauna, ice fountain and massage areas.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?

The cancellation policy or flexibility conditions of the rate contracted in your reservation will be taken into account. The date change will be made based on room availability and the price of the new date may be altered. 100% of your original cost will be credited to your new reservation.

Is it possible to organize private events in hotels?
